Seeking for an Operations Specialist to join our team in LATAM or USA. This role involves helping manage day-to-day exchange operations include listing, newsletter draft, operation events etc.
Main Responsibilities
- Help managing day-to-day exchange operations include listing, newsletter draft, operation events etc.
- Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Work with cross departments and assisting with the implementation of new processes, products and procedures.
- Identifying ways to improve customer experiences and engagement.
- Training new employees about products.
- Interacting as Customer Support for customers service team members, answering questions, and resolving issues.
- Tracking and reporting on operational events performance.
- Maintaining policy and procedure documents.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an operations specialist or in a similar role.
- Project management and leadership experience.
- Strong people management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

This position demands a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of cross-border payments as opposed to traditional, domestic transactions. You will leverage this expertise to identify new business opportunities, close sales, and foster growth and satisfaction among our clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Prospect New Sales Leads: Utilize your specialized knowledge of cross-border payment challenges and solutions to identify potential clients, engage them effectively, and articulate the distinct advantages of TruBit’s services over traditional payment methods.
- Close Sales: Employ your expertise in cross-border transactions to navigate clients through the decision-making process, demonstrating how TruBit addresses the specific pain points of cross-border payments to LATAM.
- Client Growth: Collaborate with existing clients to identify new opportunities for leveraging TruBit’s cross-border payment solutions, ensuring their evolving needs are met and surpassing the limitations of traditional payment services.
- Cross-Border Payment Expertise: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the cross-border payment landscape, including regulatory changes, market trends, and the limitations of traditional payment systems. Share this knowledge internally and with clients to reinforce TruBit’s position as a leader in cross-border payments to LATAM.
Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in sales or account management, with a strong preference for backgrounds in financial services, fintech, or specifically in cross-border payment solutions.
- In-depth understanding of the cross-border payment ecosystem, especially regarding LATAM, distinguishing our services from traditional payment methods.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of closing deals and fostering client growth.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team, demonstrating initiative and a drive to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
